Knowledgeable, thorough and professional!
He was nice professional and well knowledged guy. But the company rates and policies are terrible, they will charged you as much as they can and I don’t blame the individuals who stepped in the houses. Like the electric breaker cost you 37$ in Home Depot, they charge you for the same product 200$ before the labor cost, which is very unfair. They replaced our E breaker for 567$ last year. The diagnostic fee was 99$ and if you proceed with thier service after pin pointing the issue, they were waiving the diagnosis fee But not anymore, az Trey described, you are paying the service and parts fees additional to diagnostic fee. Truly, loving air will screw you as much as they can and as a costumer, i will not take their services anymore.
Shawn the technician did an outstanding job with the 6 month checkup. He showed up right on time and put on shoes covers when walking through the house .He didn’t find any issue with the system but did make some suggestions to prolong the life of the system. Such as shorter intervals for changing the filters and possible a AC surge proctor.
