I then made my way to the indoor unit. There I found that the sys Had a Aprilaire air filter at the unit. The system was double filtered so I explained to the customer why this was not a good idea and he agreed stating that he will no longer be using the filters at the grills throughout the home. I then found that the emergency drain pan safety had been knocked out of the pan. Which had cut the systems 24v out. I the. Placed the safety back in and secured it. The system started to run so I checked it out. I found out that both the indoor evaporator coil and blower motor are clean at this time. The Aprilair air filter was dirty and needs to be changed. The amps I was getting form the blower motor was 1.13
