You’ll perform inspections, operate negative air machines, seal access points, and educate homeowners on air quality solutions like UV lights and filters.

Inventory Clerk - HVAC Parts & Supplies

Are you organized and detail-oriented? Our Inventory Clerks are responsible for managing HVAC inventory, including receiving, stocking, issuing parts, and maintaining proper inventory levels. You’ll support our technicians and installers by ensuring the right materials are available when and where they’re needed.

Customer Service Representative - HVAC Parts & Supplies

Be the voice of Loving Air! Our Customer Service Representatives handle inbound calls and emails, schedule appointments, assist with billing inquiries, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, this is the role for you.

Inside Sales - Lead Generation & Qualification

Turn leads into loyal customers. As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll engage with potential homeowners, qualify inquiries, provide product details, generate quotes, and help convert interest into scheduled installations and maintenance plans.

Comfort Advisor/Sales - In-Home HVAC Consultant

Our Comfort Advisors meet with homeowners on-site to evaluate HVAC needs and recommend personalized solutions. You’ll guide clients through system options, prepare proposals, and close sales that prioritize comfort, efficiency, and budget.

Technician Level 1 - Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance & Repairs

Looking to launch your HVAC career? Technician Level 1 roles are perfect for those beginning in the field. You’ll assist with basic inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs while learning from experienced team members and mastering safety protocols.

Installer Level 1 - HVAC Equipment Installation Assistant

Get hands-on experience helping install HVAC systems in residential homes. As an Installer Level 1, you’ll assist with ductwork, unit placement, and electrical hookups under the guidance of senior installers—all while learning trade skills that lead to long-term growth.
