In 2014, Shane Loving took a leap. One cell phone, one truck, and a whole lot of determination. He’d spent 15 years building a reputation as a Master HVAC Technician, taking care of family systems, then friends, then referrals. The work kept coming because people trusted him to do it right. At some point, he realized he’d built something without meaning to. So he made it official.
Today, Loving Air runs 13 trucks and a team of dedicated technicians serving Fredericksburg and the surrounding Virginia communities. We’re a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer and one of the top 5% of contractors in the country with Pearl Certification. But the growth hasn’t changed what matters. We still show up on time, explain things in plain English, and treat your home like it’s our own. Shane’s kids are learning the business now, asking the same questions he asked his father years ago in that shop in Fredericksburg. It’s still a family company, and it’s staying that way.

But we also work on all makes and models. Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, whatever you’ve got, we’ve seen it before and we know how to fix it. Being a Carrier dealer gives us an edge, but it doesn’t limit who we help.
