Awesome Tech
Prompt service, fast diagnosis of my issue and a fast remedy to getting my system back up and going. My technician, Zack, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable with my system. Lastly, my opinion but I believe for the service I received the price was fair and comparable to others.
I have the maintenance contract which I thought would help on the cost but with only about $50 in parts and less than 1 1/2 hours of diagnosis and repair, it was still $327. I may have to rethink the benefit of the maintenance contract.
